A field that pay slightly better in pakistan

After completing education in Pakistan, a large number of educated youth spend their energies in moving to foreign countries and looking for jobs because according to them there are few job opportunities in the country and secondly the jobs that are acceptable but starting salaries are very low. It may be true to some extent that in a country like Pakistan where job opportunities are few and competition among educated youth is very tough.Employers are exploiting the newly recruited youth by Offering them lower salaries. But is it also possible that a person starts getting a salary of one lakh rupees per month in the first few months after graduating from the university at the entry level. From matriculation to graduation admission, often the question of which subjects should be chosen by the youth is important. It is not only compatible with their passion but also financially for them and their family’s future lives,Can also lead to stability. You must have often heard a young doctor doing a house job complaining that he is forced to do a 12-hour shift for Rs 60,000 to 70,000 and that too with a separate working time like a morning shift and late at night the next day, depending on the case, so it become a long shift of 16 or 18 hours in pakistan. So is it possible for a recent graduate to start with a monthly income of 1 million rupees or more? The answer is yes.Pakistani HR specialist “Saeda Huda” says “the highest starting salaries for Pakistani graduates are found in information technology (IT) and other non-traditional fields. Until a few years ago, there was no such awareness in Pakistan but now everyone has resources and information about everything”. Everyone in IT, from graphic and storyboard designers to programmers and developers, has a slightly higher salary. Some people earn more than 100,000 per month.Software engineers and programmers are in high demand in IT, with average starting salaries around 60-70,000 to 1 lakh. There is a high demand for Chartered Accountants (CA and ACCA) in Finance. “If you are an ACCA or CA finalist, your starting salary can exceed from Rs 100,000 to 150,000″.Students can improve their quality by developing skills before they enter the workforce, on which they can be offered better salaries, she said.
China’s population decline for the first time in 60 years sounds the alarm of demographic crisis

China’s population fell last year for the first time in 60 years. This is a historic turning point that is expected to mark the beginning of a long period of population decline that will severely impact the Chinese economy and the world. The country’s National Bureau of Statistics reported that about 850,000 of her population of 1,417.5 million will decline in 2022. This is her first decline since 1961, the last year of China’s Great Famine. “China’s demographic and economic outlook is much darker than expected. China will have to adjust its social, economic, defense and foreign policies,” said demographer Yi Fuxian”.He added that the country’s shrinking labor force and lower manufacturing output, will exacerbate high prices and high inflation in the United States and Europe. “Economic growth will have to rely more on productivity growth,” added Zhiwei Zhang, chief economist at Pinpoint Asset Management.Kang Yi( Director of the National Bureau of Statistics) dismissed concerns about the declining population and told reporters that “total labor supply is still outstripping demand.” China’s fertility rate was just 6.77 per 1,000 people last year, and in 2021 it will be 7.52, the lowest on record. The number of Chinese women of childbearing age, defined by the government as ages 25 to 35, has dropped by about 4 million, Kang said.China’s highest death rate since 1974 during the Cultural Revolution was 7.37 deaths per 1,000, compared to her 7.18 death rate in 2021.Longer term, UN experts expect China’s population to fall by 109 million by 2050. That’s more than three times he’s down from his previous forecast for 2019. That leaves domestic demographers to lament that China will get older before it gets richer, and the economy will slow as revenues fall and public debt rises against the backdrop of rising health and welfare costs.
