Kuwait prints 100,000 copies of Quran translated into Swedish

The Kuwaiti government’s decision comes after a copy of the Quran was desecrated in Sweden, sparking international outrage.
The project emphasizes Islamic principles and values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence for all people, state news agency Kuna reported.
The Quranic version is being prepared for printing and “distribution in the Kingdom of Sweden,” said Dr. Donner, head of the printing authority.

The General Authority for Printing and Publishing of the Holy Quran and the Prophet’s Sunnah and Its Sciences issued by order of Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
