Pak Govt wants to ties cricket knots with India

Najam Sethi, WHO is heading a panel governing the Asian country Cricket Board’s affairs until a chairman is appointed, said that “the government’s “advice should be taken” in cricket-related matters regarding India“.

Talking to the media in Lahore, he answered a reporter’s question that it absolutely was “too early” for him to comment concerning “strategic issues” regarding India.Sporting ties that are strained since the neighbour refused to go to Asian country for the Asia Cup 2023.

Sethi told that the sports board “gets guidance” from the govt for the ultimate choices on such matters.

He added that the matter are going to be mentioned in committee conferences and expressed his lack of in-depth about data concerning and the choices taken before his appointment and therefore they are the reasons behind them.
India has conjointly recently turned down the visas of the Asian country blind cricket team for the continuing T20 tourney on “political grounds”.
Sethi declared that the board’s “primary aim” would be to “correct the domestic cricket structure” as he felt that new cricketers are solely dependant on the Asian country Super League tournaments.
Sethi said that the PCB would still update the media and therefore the public concerning the choices that it’d build.
