‘Calm Down’ replaces CKay’s ‘Love Nwantiti’ to accomplish the feat. This was announced on Friday by Chart Data, a music data aggregation site in the United States.

The statistics firm tweeted, “@heisrema’s ‘Calm Down’ now surpasses @ckay_yo’s ‘love nwantiti’ to become the most-streamed Afrobeat song in US history.”. Both versions of the song have racked up over 500 million streams for her on Spotify and YouTube.
The DAILY POST recalls that “Calm Down” became the highest-grossing Nigerian song on the US Billboard Hot 100 after a remix featuring US superstar Selena Gomez hit number three.
The song was the first African song to top the US radio charts.
