President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain at the Royal Residence in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and King Hamad discussed the close historical ties between the UAE and Bahrain. The two leaders reaffirmed the special nature of these ties and their determination to further strengthen them, hoping that the two countries will continue to prosper.
The King of Bahrain extended his heartfelt condolences to the President and all of Al Nahyan’s family on the passing of Shaikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
He prayed to God for peace and mercy for the deceased and comfort and patience for all in this time of sorrow. Amir Mohammed expressed his sincere condolences to King Hamad and praised the close ties between the UAE and Bahrain. He prayed to God to protect Bahrain from all harm.
