This refers to the report ‘Schools pledge tough crackdown on torture cases (26 January).The more people write about bullying in educational institutions,the more it seems perfectly plausible to say that bullying has gone unnoticed.A recent incident of bullying at an elite school in Lahore shows that students are exposed to the threat and victimization of bullying.It proves unawareness of its traumatic impact on the individual.
In fact,elite schools pursue a spirit of elitist snobbery and adventure,jokingly viewing skirmishes between students as an integral part of academic life. In public schools, teacher indifference to bullying has fallen to an all-time low.For many personal and structural reasons, teachers tend to avoid friction and conflict among students.They cover up the problem and encourage the victim to avoid the bully.Secondly,they are structurally powerless because government education policies are silent about punishing or deceiving bullies.
It is not possible that the teacher is unaware of such student aggressive behavior. They simply prefer to ignore obvious signs of a particular student’s rebellious attitude. why? The whole catch is in the answer to that question’s exclamation mark.
Private institutions value education as a commodity. Even when such bullying is reported to responsible school administrators, they are hesitant to do anything about it.It is intended for
Children learn to be aggressive at home.Before being physical, bullies put the victims to mental torture by trolling,threatening,calling cheap names or use slangs and even snatching the belongings of victims.When parents are unaware of their children’s aggression, they develop violent tendencies.So first and foremost, parents should be held accountable when their children are expelled from school for bullying. Vigilant parents and competent teachers can work together to curb corruption.A healthy and moral diet can sooner or later save the younger generation.The more they hate themselves, the more they want others to suffer and exhibit low self-esteem.
